Frequently asked questions
Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?

Factors which could delay delivery times include:

· Mistyped or incorrectly formatted address
· Customs and import restrictions
· Failed delivery attempts (i.e. no one home to receive the order)
· Postal strikes
· Other adverse conditions (such as storms/natural disasters)

If an order is outside the expected delivery window then please contact us via contact@lzhn.dk for additional information. Occasionally, orders do get lost in the mail. In the event that an order is not received within 30 days of ordering, we’ll be more than happy to send a replacement. Please note however that we cannot offer free replacements for orders not received due to an incorrect address.

What if I'm not home upon delivery?

A note should be left in your mailbox, about where you can pick it up.

What happens if a product is damaged in transit?

OPEN EDITION print: We ask for a photo of the damaged goods, and we’ll then gladly send a replacement.

How are your products packaged for shipping?

All prints are robustly packaged.

Our unframed fine art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes. A5 or smaller are shipped in thick cardboard envelopes.

All framed prints and frames are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.

The packaging standards have been refined many times, over many years and it is now extremely rare for breakages or damage to occur. On those rare occasions when incidents do happen we strive to ensure that your collection and replacement are organised immediately and shipped back out on a priority service without any fuss.

All OPEN EDITION prints are printed on demand specifically on your request, therefore no return rights are valid. Terms & Conditions.
